Grant Norwitz

Grant graduated summa cum laude with a MDT certificate at Wits Technicon. He joined M&D Engineering as a technician and later ADCO where he became lead in the fuel injection and turbo charging group. Grant was a founder and the Executive VP of Rainbow Aviation, which developed high load parachute systems. Grant also co-founded Electronics & Specialized Peripherals.cc which pioneered business development between South Africa and the Eastern Bloc countries. He served as the marketing director for Bio Preserve Medical, a Seattle biotech and then in1999 founded a Seattle based high tech communications company.
Grant has been a resident of Seattle since 1997.

Lynda Wishart

Lynda graduated from the University of Alberta in Canada with a Bachelors of Commerce degree specializing in accounting. She then joined Federated Systems Group in Atlanta and advanced to the position of Director of Accounting. Lynda relocated to Florida where she was the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of a marine construction company. Upon sale of the business in Florida, Lynda moved to the Phoenix area in 2005. She worked for the Scottsdale office of Moss Adams LLP, a Seattle based regional accounting firm, in the areas of taxation and audit prior to joining RotorWay Holdings Limited in June of 2008.

Bill Adams

Bill currently overseas the certification process of Rotorway International’s new two-seat turbine trainer, the Eagle300T. From March 2007 to January 2009, Bill integrated and expanded the operations at Rotorway. From 2004 to 2007, Bill, directed operations for PB Development, and assisted PBD, in becoming a leader in mixed-use hospitality properties nationally and internationally.
From 1988 to 2004, Bill served as Operations Officer for Special Operations A-Teams (The Green Berets). While in this role, Bill developed, organized, and executed classified projects for the National Command Authority.
Bill also enjoys his role on the board of directors at The Leap for Lupus foundation, a non-profit organization that raises funds through the sensational sport of skydiving to find a cure for Lupus.
