Grant Norwitz
Chairman, Rotorway Holdings Ltd,, Chief Executive Officer, RotorWay

| Grant started mechanical engineering at Cape Town Technicon,
and graduated summa cum laude with an MDT certificate at Wits Technicon.
He joined M&D Engineering as a technician and then ADCO where
he became lead in the fuel injection and turbo charging group. Mr.
Norwitz was a Founder and Executive VP of Rainbow Aviation, which
development and testing of various high load parachute systems.
Grant co-founded Electronics & Specialized Peripherals.cc which
pioneered business development between South Africa and Eastern
Block countries. Grant moved to the United States with his wife,
a resident of Seattle in 1997. He served as the marketing director
for Bio Preserve Medical, a Seattle biotech and then in1999 founded
a Seattle high tech company in the communications arena.
He served in the South African Defense Force in the South West
Africa Special Forces. Grant received his MBA from the University
of Witwatersrand. Aviation is his passion, and he enjoys most outdoor
sports with his wife and two children, Daniel 9, and Alexis, 5.

Bill Adams

| Mr. Adams oversees operations at RotorWay’s Flag Ship Factory
in Chandler Arizona. He is improving and expanding operations enabling
Rotorway to deliver a certified two-seat trainer helicopter to the
US market.
Prior to joining the RotorWay team, Bill directed operations for
PBD, a land development company, growing the company from one million
to over fifty million dollars in their worldwide operation.
Bill learned and polished his skills in operations management for
21 years while serving as Operations Officer for a Special Operations
A-Team (Green Beret). He developed, organized, and executed classified
projects for the National Command Authority, Department of Defense,
and the Department of State in a zero defect environment.
Bill earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Campbell University
in North Carolina and has an MBA Webster University in St. Louis
Missouri. Bill’s interests include flying, skydiving and raising
money for Lupus research through his foundation called the Leap
for Lupus Foundation.

Judy Craven
Chief Financial Officer, Rotorway International. |
| Originally from Montana, Ms. Craven moved to Arizona
in 1986 to complete her education at Arizona State University. Judy
received a BA in Accounting and her CPA shortly thereafter. Ms. Craven
began her career with Ernst and Young where she worked in both audit
and tax accounting. In 1992 Ms. Craven expanded into private accounting;
employed as a private Controller by Cobb International from 1992-1994.
In 1994 she opened her own firm with Rotorway as her initial client.
Other clients varied from high net worth individuals and small businesses.
From 1997-2001, Judy worked as Controller and Project manager of four
Arizona-based golf courses. In 2006, with changes rapidly coming,
Rotorway requested that Judy join the team full-time as Chief Financial
Officer.
Ms. Craven remains active in the support of Big Brothers Big Sisters,
Child Crises Nursery, Habitat for Humanity and the United Way.
